Does This Feel Familiar?

You want a loving relationship but find it difficult to trust.

You pull away when someone becomes emotionally close.

You repeatedly choose unavailable, controlling, or hurtful partners.

You fear rejection, abandonment, betrayal, or being left again.

You overgive and struggle to express what you need.

You feel responsible for other people’s emotions.

You remain in relationships long after they stop feeling healthy.

You struggle to say no without guilt.

You find it difficult to receive love, care, or support.

You appear strong and independent, but feel alone inside.

You know there is more within you, but something keeps holding you back.

These patterns may not have begun in your present relationships.

They may be connected to what you learned, experienced, or survived much earlier.

Is Your Past Still Affecting You?

Understanding your patterns is often the first step toward lasting change. The sections below explore how past experiences may still be shaping your life—and how healing can help you move forward

You may have learned to stay quiet to avoid conflict.
To overgive so that people would not leave.
To remain independent because relying on others did not feel safe.
To accept less than you needed because you feared losing the relationship.
To hide parts of yourself because being fully seen once led to rejection, criticism, or harm.

These responses may once have helped you cope. But today they may appear as:

Difficulty trusting
Fear of closeness
Weak or rigid boundaries
People-pleasing
Emotional distance
Self-doubt
Repeating unhealthy relationships
Fear of rejection or abandonment
Difficulty receiving love
Feeling unworthy or not enough

You may understand the pattern.

You may even know where it began.

And still find it difficult to move beyond it.

What happened to you may be part of your story.

It does not have to become the rest of it.

Sacred Breakthrough creates space to explore what continues to shape your relationships and reconnect with:

Greater trust in yourself

Healthier relationship choices

Stronger personal boundaries

Greater emotional openness

A deeper sense of self-worth

More confidence in expressing your needs

Greater peace with your past

More freedom to move forward

This is not about forgetting what happened.

It is not about forcing forgiveness.

It is about understanding what still remains, meeting it differently, and discovering what may be possible beyond it.

What Could Breaking Through Mean for You?

A breakthrough does not need to be dramatic.

It may mean:

Recognizing an unhealthy pattern sooner

Trusting love without immediately expecting harm

Allowing yourself to receive care

Saying no without abandoning yourself

Letting go of the need to rescue everyone

Choosing relationships that feel safe and mutual

Feeling more worthy of love and belonging

Becoming less controlled by rejection or fear

Expressing what you need more honestly

Seeing that your past does not have to define your future

No particular experience or outcome can be guaranteed.

The intention is to create the right conditions for meaningful exploration, personal insight, and movement forward.

WHAT TO EXPECT ON YOUR JOURNEY

This journey is designed to offer both personal attention and the reassurance of a carefully held retreat setting. Explore the sections below to learn how the experience is structured, what support you will receive, and what to expect if you are new to psychedelics or still feeling uncertain.

Sacred Breakthrough is an individually accompanied psychedelic retreat and integration journey for psychologically stable adults.
It is designed to help you explore how painful relationships and past experiences may still be affecting your life today.
The psychedelic experience is only one part of the journey.
Preparation helps you understand what brings you here and what you are ready to explore.
The retreat gives you space to step away from everyday demands and focus fully on yourself.
Integration helps you bring what emerges into your relationships, choices, boundaries, and daily life.
This is not about being told what your experience means.
You remain at the centre of your own journey.

Sacred Breakthrough takes place within a shared residential setting. Your personal journey remains individual.

You will have:

Your own private room

Individual preparation sessions

Individual integration sessions

Two individually held ceremonies

Dedicated one-to-one sober accompaniment

Time to rest, reflect, and process privately

Personal support throughout the retreat

You will not be left alone during your individual ceremonies.

A sober practitioner remains beside you throughout the experience, offering calm, attentive support while respecting your boundaries and personal process.

This is not a retreat filled with group activities throughout the day.

Group elements are limited and intentional:

Morning yoga or embodied practice

Evening sharing circles

One shared ceremony

Group preparation and integration sessions

You choose what you wish to share.

Your personal story and experiences remain your own.

The space is shared. The journey is yours.

You do not need previous psychedelic experience.

You may feel curious and cautious at the same time.

You may be skeptical.

You may worry about losing control.

You may have questions about safety, legality, or what the experience could feel like.

These questions are welcome.

The first conversation gives you space to:

Understand how the journey works

Ask questions openly

Discuss what brings you here

Explore your concerns

Consider whether the experience is suitable for you

Make an informed decision

You do not need to arrive certain.

You only need to be willing to explore whether this journey may be right for you.

Developmental Specialist Focusing on Attachment | ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC)

Lux brings particular sensitivity to early relationships, emotional safety, trust, belonging, and the ways these may continue shaping adult life.

She supports the preparation and integration process, participant care, embodied practices, sharing circles, and ceremony accompaniment.

A PARTICIPANT'S JOURNEY

Luiza had already spent years investing in personal development. She understood many of her patterns and had knowledge, awareness, and practices in place. Yet she still felt caught in certain loops and knew there were blind spots she could not move beyond alone.

She had never experienced psychedelic work before. She felt skeptical, nervous, and afraid. What helped her was not persuasion. It was clear information, patience, openness, and the freedom to make her own decision.

Throughout the journey, she describes feeling seen and understood, personally considered, supported without pressure, safe enough to relax, free to be herself, and accompanied before, during, and after the retreat.

In the months that followed, she noticed changes in her sense of self-worth, her confidence, her relationships, her ability to recognize old patterns, her willingness to take up space in her own life, and her ability to stop managing and fixing everything for others.

Her experience is personal. Every participant, every ceremony, and every integration journey is different. No particular result can be promised.
