This is an initial assessment of your eligibility. Completing this form does not guarantee approval for acceptance in our treatments. Each application will be discussed and reassessed to determine if we can accept you as a client.

Note: We are currently experiencing a high volume of clients, hence the commencement of individual sessions may take several weeks. However, as soon as you are accepted into a treatment program, you are able to begin the preparation protocol instantaneously.

Here’s what your treatment journey with us looks like:

Step 1: Fill Out the Client Intake Form

Start by completing this client intake form. Please provide as much information as possible. At the end of the form, you will have the opportunity to set up a 20-minute free consultation call with one of our practitioners.

Step 2: Initial Consultation with a Practitioner

The consultation session will enable us to confirm your intentions, clarify any questions, and assess the compatibility of working together from both your perspective and ours.

Step 3: Develop a Personalized Treatment Plan

Once we agree to continue, we will accompany you throughout your treatment journey. Based on your unique needs and aspirations, we will create a personalized treatment plan and fee, which will be shared with you via email. If you have any inquiries, feel free to reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to clarify all your questions.

Step 4: Confirm Treatment Schedule

Once the treatment fee is settled, we will draw out your treatment strategy aligning the session dates and practitioners, and then share it with you for confirmation.

Step 5: Preparation Protocol

Based on the treatment you’ve chosen, you will engage in a series of one-on-one trauma-informed therapeutic conversational sessions, as well as group sessions. You will also be provided with e-learning resources and video materials to help prepare you for your psychedelic experiences and treatment journey.

Step 6: Daily Practices and Preparations

You will be informed of specific vibrational daily practices, including breathing exercises, reflections, meditations, microdosing, dietary requirements, and other relevant preparations that would assure you a powerful experience.

Step 7: Participate in the Psychedelic Ceremony

Based on your preferred location for the psychedelic ceremony, you will be invited to participate in a magnificent experience, set in the comfort of nature, blending luxury and safe surroundings. Our ceremonies are integrated with emergency medical and psychiatric care, incorporating intention-setting, preparation, and immediate integration with full attention from our team of accredited practitioners before, during and after the ceremony.

Step 8: Integration Sessions

We will assist you in integrating your psychedelic experiences into your healing and development through a series of group and individual integration sessions post-ceremony for a minimum of three months depending on the treatment you opt for. This is the most crucial aspect of a Psychedelic healing journey as integration is what enables growth and expansion.

Step 9: Regular Accountability

During your treatment, we will provide regular check-ins to address any needs you might have and provide guidance and support, ensuring you fulfill your development and growth.

Step 10: Final Assessment and Celebration

At the end of your treatment, we will meet for a final session to assess your development, address any further needs, and celebrate your success and evolution.
