Evolving Temple Daily Microdosing Journal

Welcome to your psilocybin microdosing journaling practice. This daily practice is designed to help you track your experiences, emotions, and any changes you notice while microdosing. By dedicating some time each day to observe and reflect, you will gain valuable insights into how microdosing affects you while experiencing expansion, growth, and healing.

IMPORTANT: If you are prescribed any drugs during the microdosing period, please inform your integration practitioner immediately before continuing the microdose. You are highly encouraged not to consume alcohol, tobacco or any other recreational drugs during the microdose period. Do not mix Psilocybin with any other drugs.
